Litany To Her Majesty

Let me drink from the pure waters of your river

This can't just be a mirage midst my desert

Nothing ever happens by accident

We're actually castaways

Washed up on fated shores

So escape to my island

Where sunbeams I radiate

Can reach out toward your lunar complexion

And may it be that whenever our tongues intertwine

This glorious moment shall wax eternally

Reflecting us among the oceanic waves of cosmic memory

Oh whatever with you and your fabulous poetry! This is one of my favorites of yours. Everything bridges together wonderfully. Favorite lines are absolutely "We're actually castaways/Washed up on fated shores". I keep rereading this.
